Eat in – private chef, treats and extras… foodie feasts.

Private Chef’s

We recommend these talented people all the time. What’s nicer than eating in, and doing nothing… not even driving. Lovely.

These people have been chosen for this list with careful consideration. We screen our suppliers for environmentally-friendly practice, check they use as much local produce as possible, and preference that over other options, try to use eco packaging, and help guests reduce waste.

Saunderson Catering – covers all of the New Forest

Dena Saunderson is a Cordon Bleu chef with 35 years cooking for Lord Montagu at Beaulieu’s Palace House. The family were renowned for their love of partying and with the development of the car museum came celebrities, plenty of high-teas and co-ordinating with the growing Beaulieu business.

She uses ingredients from the house kitchen garden, behind her cottage in Beaulieu. She can cook banquet food from any era from Victorian to now, but you might just ask her for wonderful ready-meals which she’s happy to do too.
