With a contemporary grey palette, & atrium-filled vistas at every turn, this spacious home is the perfect base for friends & family to get together. 

Freshly-renovated, and architecturally-savvy, there’s a real sense of light & luxe throughout, with an outdoor living area & fire pit that just beckons for sunset sips! We also love the huge lounge (complete with oversized sofas & giant TV), and the fact that everyone gets an ensuite!

Created with holiday guests in-mind, expect high-end finishes (the owner is a property developer) and lots of added extras to make your stay in the New Forest extra special.

Inside

Rebuilt & renovated over a 2 year period, No.24's owner (who knows his stuff) has made sure every detail and finish is top-notch and built to last. Welcomed in to an impressive light-filled atrium hallway, your view reaches through the whole house to the garden behind. High ceilings, slate floors and a sleek colour palette bring a touch of luxe.

The kitchen is open-plan, with a side-return that makes a perfect bar/serving area. There is also a clever pantry & wash room is tucked away from the kitchen area.

A generous sitting room, with its vaulted roof space and full length windows, make this room feel plush and palatial. All the furniture in here is super-size and perfect for kicking back, watching sport & putting your feet up. You're in the relaxation zone....

For nights-in, a table for 8 (with a stunning light feature overhead) awaits for great food & chat. Evenings are set up ready for celebrations with fairy lights artily styled in the rafters, uplit plant pots, a glamorous wood burner, and more black glossy slate surrounding you.

Two bedrooms, mirroring each other across the hall, are set up in turquoise and pink; with the third bedroom styled in dark red tones. Each with en-suites (hurrah!), the beds are brand new with super deep mattresses. To work around your guest list, two of the rooms can be configured to create single beds.

So whatever the reason you're coming here - you'll love it. Whilst the owner welcomes celebrations and a bit of a party - the house isn't a stag or hen do's venue.

ParkingThe large driveway has room for 2 cars, with unrestricted parking on the road to accommodate any additional vehicles in your party.

Vehicle charging is possible via the mains electricity in the property. At the time of booking, you will be required to select how many electric vehicles you will be charging during your stay; as a £35 surcharge is applicable for each EV car per booking. Please also note that you will need to bring your own charging cables.

The style here is sleek & contemporary- perfect for grownups to gather and celebrate!

Whilst children are welcome here, the garden is modest so please chat to our team if you are looking for something with more outdoor space. We ask for no ball games in the garden please as there is not enough room and fittings for lights are glass.

The Wi-Fi signal at the property can be weak, so can not be relied on for home working.

There is an extra charge for logs and kindling to burn on the fire (October- March) but feel free to BYO!

Accessibility

You can park within 3 metres of the front door (it is flat to the doorstep, with a small step to get in).

The house is all on one level with no steps anywhere inside. Both showers require a small step to get up and in. To get onto the terrace you will need to step down by 6" to the astroturf and again up onto the small deck around the fire pit.

Booking Information

Included in your booking cost are: all bedding and linen, towels for the house, kitchen essentials, any baby kit you've requested and cleaning the house after you leave. We also supply some treats to get you going for tea when you arrive. Enjoy!

Such a lovely house, it really did feel like home from home; very clean and comfortable with large open plan spaces. The garden is very well designed with a great seating area and was a must for our two dogs. Just a short walk to the town centre of Lymington (about 15 minutes by foot) and lots of beautiful walks in the nearby area. I would definitely recommend number 24.

We stayed at No. 24 for a long weekend with family. The property is ideally positioned to explore the new forest and nearby coastline. Rachel was an excellent host and the check in process was really simple. The house is beautiful, clean and well equipped. We really liked having separate bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. We highly recommend staying at No. 24 and hope to come back.

Just spent a wonderful long weekend at No.24. The house is fully equipped with everything you require for a deserved break. Please remember to bring your own seasoned wood so that you can enjoy the fire pit. This is a truly stunning house recently renovated in a quiet area thats only 10 minutes walk to the top of the High Street. For all your holiday essentials there is a Waitrose supermarket close by.

Lovely house - very big and all superbly decorated! Fire pit outside was a lovely touch and great to have all bedrooms with an en-suite. The place could do with a good dust but other than that we enjoyed a very nice stay here - about 20min walk to top of the high street so a fairly good location too!
