Here's your full run down of this place, inside and out...
Space has been used well here in the recent total renovation. The open plan downstairs area is the full width and length of the house. It feels generous in size for a small place. The conservatory is the full house width and lets in plenty of light. The colours downstairs are bold and dark, but with all the light, it feels fun and dramatic, rather than dark. The sitting room has masses of seating and a huge TV for cinema-style relaxing or catching up on the sport. .
The kitchen is smart, white, with electric oven and fridge/freezer. The kitchen table sits to one side in the large sitting room. There is a large Smart TV mounted above the old fireplace so watching a movie or sport here is easy. Large Sofa and arm chair. The conservatory has wicker sofa seating and you can open the modern sliding doors up to allow the sun in. It's a real sun trap here and the light from the conservatory warms the house beautifully through the year.
Part of the garage has been reclaimed for a utility room, which is fab for storing prams, beach stuff and luggage.
The staircase has a wooden handrail for those who might need it.
Three upstairs bedrooms are small in size, as you'd expect in a terraced house, but they are light, bright and well dressed with 100% cotton linens.
Bathrooms are sparkly and practical and the main bedroom has a very small ensuite shower too.Floor plan
Bedroom 1 : Kingsize bed with synthetic bedding and en-suite with shower, sink and toilet. Views facing south towards the coast. Bedroom 2 : Double bed with synthetic bedding. Views facing south over looking the garden. Bedroom 3 : Single bed with synthetic bedding. This is a truckle bed (extra single mattress on the floor)
Family Bathroom : With shower over bath, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. Ensuite Shower : Shower cubicle and loo for master bedroom. Downstairs : WC
All the rest...
Kitchen : Electric oven and hob / Fridge freezer / Microwave / Toaster / Dishwasher / Washing machine / Tumble dryer Mod Cons : Smart TV with basic Sky package / WIFI Connectivity : Good WIFI but rural speeds. 4G and mobile service is generally good here. Kids' Stuff : One travel cot (95cm x 66cm) and one highchair. A small selection of children's books and board games. Pets : One small dog welcome for a small charge.
There is a little terraced garden at the back of the house. It's a proper sun trap, as is the conservatory. You can BBQ here too.
Garden : The enclosed back terrace and raised garden is a sun trap perfect for alfresco dining. The garden has Weber charcoal BBQ. Parking : Parking for 3 cars outside the house on the driveway, one behind another. Or on the street where there is plenty of space.
The 3rd bedroom is small and can only fit the travel cot or the pull out bed.
The access to the cottage is flat and there is a small step into the cottage from the drive.

Great location with good parking, a 3 or 4 minute walk to the sea front and a 20 minute walk into Milford with its excellent restaurants and bars. A great base for exploring the New Forest. The exterior of the property gives no clue to how well the interior has been overhauled, but step through the front door and the attention to detail of the interior is immediately apparent. Bright throughout, well decorated and modern. A well-appointed kitchen, comfortable lounge, sun room and a pretty, very useable little garden area with interesting planting. Master bedroom is cute with a tiny en-suite. Second bedroom is a double, third is a single. All beds seemed very comfortable. Whole property was spotlessly clean. Good facilities throughout, washer/dryer, iron, smart TV, hairdryer, BBQ, dishwasher etc. A quick thank you also to the ever-attentive New Forest Escapes team, not least for them somehow guaranteeing a week of sunshine out of nowhere.September 2021
We enjoyed our stay at Beau Soleil. The house is very comfortable, nicely designed and as advertised on the New Forest Escapes website. The location is within walking distance to the small village of Milford on Sea and near the beach. Milford on Sea is a gem. There are several fantastic restaurants with great good and friendly service. For those needing entertainment for teenagers there are several outdoor adventure activities to enjoy. The only thing we missed on our holiday, was the sun!August 2021
Fantastic stay at Beau Soleil! Brilliant location and house fantastic,, with lovely touches like the welcome gift, toys, books and games. Had some fab beach walks and going into Milford on Sea was lovely. We also did some horse riding while we were here which was a favourite for everyone. Thanks for having us and hope to return soon!
This little house was perfect for our week away with our toddler. Nice and modern/fresh interior, everything you need. Also a couple of welcome treats which was nice to show up to! Great location, a stones throw from the beach, and about a 20 min walk to the centre of Milford on sea. Very handy to have a big drive as well. Will hope to be back one day!
Lovely house just a few minutes walk from the beach and a short walk from the lovely village of Milton on Sea. There are some lovely restaurants and cafes in the centre. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It has a lovely big conservatory looking out on to a pretty decked area which was completely private. The beds were very comfortable and the open plan design of the house meant it was great for our twin Grandsons. The owner also left a good selection of toys and games! There is a lot to do in the New Forest area so you would never be bored! Mudeford was a favourite spot and had a lovely Sandy beach and a little ferry across to Mudeford Sandbank. Great for crabbing with the kids too. We would not hesitate to recommend Beau Soleil.
Wow amazing place to stay has everything you want and the decor is truly amazing 10 out of 10 Rachel , loved Milford on sea as well.
Lovely house, soooo close to the beach! Great, clean, fresh feeling space and fab for a weekend away. Would totally recommend. Thank you
