We work on a commission-only basis, so costs apply solely when your property generates confirmed bookings
From April through October, owners can set aside up to eight weeks, with no more than two weeks falling within the main six-week summer holiday window. Between November and March, an additional eight weeks may be reserved.
Once your property has been appraised and the agency agreements are in place, we’ll schedule a photoshoot and aim to have your listing live on our website within four weeks.
You can choose to manage bookings yourself, however we find that bookings are always run more smoothly with a good Property Manager in place. We can recommend New Forest Property Management if you are looking for a local supplier.
