Terms & Conditions
1. Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and must comply with them for the promotion to be valid.
2. Each claimant is entitled to one promotional voucher per booking. The promotional voucher is not transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discounts or promotions offered by New Forest Escapes Ltd or its partners.
3. Promotional vouchers are only applicable to Visa, MasterCard and American Express purchases, and are redeemable only by booking directly with The Forest Foodie.
4. To redeem the promotional voucher, New Forest Escapes must first confirm a claimant’s original stay from their records.
5. Each promotional voucher is issued for bookings made thirty days from the date your last holiday ended.
6. Each promotional voucher will be issued by email to you from New Forest Escapes and will contain your unique voucher code.
7. To redeem your promotional voucher you must contact The Forest Foodie directly on: [email protected] or on: 01590 674395.
8. All Forest Foodie products are subject to availability, and advance booking, and you must quote your NFE Voucher code to redeem.
9. Forest Foodie products are available for collection (free of charge) or delivery (please see map for additional delivery charges) from Tuesday to Sunday only.
10. For any amendments or cancellations, seven working days notice are required in advance of your delivery date to ensure you do not lose your full voucher value in Forest Foodie products. Any time after this and we will not be able to refund you.
11. The promotional voucher is valid for one year from the date it is issued to you.
12. New Forest Escapes Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the promotional voucher, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. These Terms & Conditions are subject to English law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The original English version of these Terms & Conditions has been translated into other languages. The translated version is a courtesy and office translation only and no rights can be derived from the translated version. In the event of a dispute about the contents or interpretation of these terms and conditions or inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms & Conditions, the English language version to the extent permitted by law shall apply, prevail and be conclusive.
14. New Forest Escapes Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the return guest promotion at any time.
