In New Forest Escapes, we have created a company that benefits all our stakeholders. It’s a founding principle that guides us on our journey to success and change. We do this across all stakeholder groups; our hard-working team, our owners who share their houses, our discerning guests, and our local communities; including traditional farming communities in the New Forest.
We also always consider our ‘silent stakeholder’ – the fragile and unique habitat of the New Forest and its surrounds. Our business creates impacts locally, regionally and globally; we prioritise this and take it seriously.

In November 2022 Rachel was invited to sign the 2022 Responsible Tourism Charter.
The location was Magna Carta Island – where the original Magna Carter was reputed to have been signed in 1215 by King John. It was the first document to put into writing the principle that the king and his government was not above the law.
Whilst adding your name on a piece of paper isn’t big or clever, our commitment to creating positive change in our tourism industry is serious.
