Here's your full run down of this place, inside and out...
The style is modern, clean, bright and airy. The house is best in the shared spaces. The kitchen is huge and really well set up for family holidays; a big central bench, a side kitchen table, a small sofa for chatting. The back wall has bifold windows and opens on to the terrace. This side of the house gets a great deal of sun and it's a very lovely spot with them open for kitchen living.
The giant sitting room has three 3 seater sofas and a big TV with Sky movies for vegging out, or kids movie night after a day at the beach.
Bedrooms are a generous size, modern and chic. Bathrooms are smart and sparkly. The virtual tour will show you everything. We love that the street here is so quiet, that in summer, with the windows open, it's such a quiet spot.
Families with people to spoil - especially good for VIP birthdays and multi generation family groups, will really love it here. For those with kids, they'll be smiling. There are toys aplenty. The garden is entirely enclosed at the back and the ice-cream kiosk is a nice 5 mins walk along the cliff top. And you can take them for breakfast on the beach - we did mention that it's 3 minutes walk didn't we?Floor plan

The house basks in its south facing position and the little garden is full of sun and the smell of the sea in summer.

A beautiful house with excellent cooking facilities for a foodie family. Great living room for hanging out in on a rainy day and an excellent location for exploring both the coast and New Forest.
Wonderful holiday had by all..... 'old and young'! Perfect for extended family celebrations. Excellent location and the kitchen a chefs dream. Loved going to the beach and fish and chips on the green at Milford on Sea. Can't wait to come back again!!
Fantastic beach location. Beautiful home. Huge family kitchen - well stocked. Over and above expectations. Felt like home.
Just returned from a fabulous stay at Cliff House. Superb house, wonderfully furnished, with a great location and the pictures on the website are exactly like the house. Loads of room for 8 of us both inside and outside, would recommend this house and New Forest Escapes, who made the booking process both easy to do and very friendly. Thank you.
Milford on Sea is a lively and vibrant village just a few miles east of Lymington. It sits on the coast and has extensive beach front which is sandy at mid-low tide.
