Mulberry Lodge is all about modern elegance and comfort. There certainly won’t be any debates about who has which bedroom! All three are country house hotel style retreats, individually designed in subtle tones with king-size beds and swish en-suites for maxing out on comfort and privacy. Details include illuminated mirrors, oversized designer basins and pampering toiletries.
Mulberry Lodge Style
The style is understated glamour. The colour scheme is rich neutrals in a countryside-inspired palette of soft greens, moody greys and muted ochres. Lighting features statement wall lights, chandeliers and sculptured pendants; there are even spotlights that automatically come on inside the wardrobe within the master bedroom. High spec elements include an update on classic parquet flooring that runs throughout the lodge, cosy underfloor heating during cooler months and air con for summer days.
At the heart of the Lodge is a fab open-plan kitchen-sitting-dining-entertaining space with deep sofas and mid-century-style loungers. There are books to curl up with, stunning art on the walls and a mega screen with Sky and Apple TV for a cinema experience. The modern country style kitchen is really well-equipped with everything required to rustle up something delicious while still being in the sociable hub of things. Bifolds open up this getting-together space to the private lawned gardens where a terrace runs the length of the lodge, and there’s a BBQ for creating al fresco feasts, and a hot tub for relaxing bubbly dips!
About the Area
The gardens are backed by woodland and paddocks where cute alpacas and ponies graze. On the western edge of the Forest and bordering Dorset, the Ringwood area is spot on for adventures and discoveries, exploring the New Forest and the beachy coastline at Bournemouth.
