Seabiscuit

Seabiscuit was a great townhouse, three stories, 2 bedrooms on level 2 and 1 on level 3, with lots of space in the open plan ground floor living area (lounge-dining-kitchen) and outdoor area, with parking and charging for our Ev. We had grandparents, parents and young baby so three bedrooms were just right. Everything required was provided even for the baby plus for washing drying and dishwasher. The central Lymington location meant we just walked everywhere to restaurants, pubs, shops and the water. And there is so much to do around Lymington. Friends who live in Lymington briefly visited us and said they will recommend to all their friends in future.

FABULOUS! Our second time at Seabiscuit and already looking forward to our third. Such a special place with so many thoughtful touches. Very well equipped kitchen and fabulous location for shops and marina. Lovely courtyard walled garden with plenty of comfy seating and sun shade. We love this house.

Excellent stay. A lovely, well equipped house right in the centre of everything but equally super quiet. Great access to the beach and the New Forest and loads of activities nearby. Very well appointed and very home from home.

5 stars. Fabulous few days staying in the centre of Lymington at the beautiful Seabiscuit. Seabiscuit is located a few metres off the high street so perfect for exploring everything Lymington has to offer. Top end property with 3 large bedrooms. Perfect open planning living downstairs and courtyard garden for when it’s not raining. Can highly recommend this property.

Wonderful. We absolutely adore Seabiscuit and will probably visit again, this was our third stay and it didn’t disappoint. I have lowered the score slightly for cleaning as there was the very stale leftovers of a loaf in the bread bin and dirty trays in the oven. Apart from that perfect.

We had originally booked for Victory cottage but there was an issue with heating so we were moved here . What a result Seabiscuit is a beautiful property well appointed with quality furnishings and everything you could possibly need for a break , it’s in a great location just off Lymington High Street . We had a fabulous time , would definitely recommend felt like a lovely luxury break .

Our second time at Seabiscuit property in Lymington and again - an amazing stay. The property is so warm and cosy with comfortable beds! Fully equipped kitchen and room for a large party to dine around the table. Great location in Lymington with 1 min walk to the high street / Market on Saturday. Covered parking space that is reserved for 1 x car for the property. We will be visiting again!

Seabiscuit is just off the high street in a quiet side road but within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the harbour. Perfect location. The house has high quality furnishings and feels cosy and welcoming. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches around the house. Would highly recommend this property.

Seabiscuit was like staying in a show home. Every detail has been executed thoughtfully and with no expense spared. The house was lovely and warm and extremely comfortable. Every kitchen utensil and appliance was superior quality, the bedding and towels were luxurious, all furniture and fittings were exceptional. Lovely big tv and easy to use, always a bonus. We wanted for nothing. Great location bang in the middle of the high street, Saturday market on our doorstep, M&S, Tesco, fish and chip shop, harbour with pubs and restaurants a short walk away. Off street car parking space, super convenient.

We loved this property. Spotlessly clean. Beautifully presented with everything you could possible need for a great holiday. The owner Grant was really welcoming and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Had a fantastic week at Sea Biscuit in Lymington. Excellent property with everything needed, and perfectly located for wandering into Lymington itself and as base for exploring the new forest. Highly recommend. Family of 4, children grown-up

Could not ask for a better holiday home. The decor is beautiful, we felt at home straight away. Ideal position in the centre of the lovely town Lymington. We could drive to th coast and then come home and walk to all the lovely restaurants on the high street. Will defiantly book next year

What a beautiful property, so well equipped and comfortable with a great outside seating area. Rare to find such a lovely place to stay in the town centre with parking, yet feels so peaceful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We enjoyed 2 weeks at Seabiscuit. It‘s a great place to spend your holidays and explore the New Forest, Dorset and Hampshire, e.g. Stonehenge, Salisbury, Winchester, Naval Dock Yard Portsmouth (HMS Victory, Mary Rose, submarines, etc), castles, beaches, Bovington Tank Museum, hikes in the New Forest, etc. The house offers lots of space, including a nice back yard and is very well equiped.

Felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. High quality decor and spotlessly clean. Charming courtyard filled with beautiful perfumed plants. Covered, secure parking and minutes from shops, pubs and lovely restaurants.

What a fabulous property. Such a delight to stay somewhere so well equipped – the attention to detail is amazing. Great too to have everything that Lymington has to offer on your doorstep!! Enjoyed our visit to Beaulieu and the Montagu Arms (Monty's) for lunch. Lots to see and do! So quiet too!! Thank you

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, so quiet and peaceful. It is an ideal location for exploring the New Forest, we have had some great walks. The weather has enabled us to spend time in the garden, which is lovely. We go home refreshed and recharged.

What a wonderful find. Super spotless with loads of high quality extras-Nespresso machine, coffee percolator and Dyson fans etc. Fab open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with doors opening into the courtyard garden. Grove Gardens are close by which was a bonus and a great place for the dogs.

We have just returned from our BH Weekend stay at SeaBiscuit. I truly wonderful property which was in the heart of the Lymington. Grant (the owner) welcomed us with the key and was great at explaining the layout of the property and tips on where to go and eat in the local area. Kitchen was fully equipped and the living room comfortably accommodated all our us with the big and comfortable sofa's. Great windows/doors that fully opened into the court yard/garden. Grant helped us locate free additional parking down Grove Road. A Great stay - we can't wait for our next visit!

The quality of this house has surpassed any other we have stayed in over the years in various locations. From the superior bedding to the very well equipped kitchen to the comfortable sofas we had everything we needed! Located just off the High Street in a very quiet cul-de-sac, we all slept very well. Having everything on our doorstep from cafes, bars and good, dog-friendly restaurants, Lymington is perfect for a long weekend get away. We'd recommend Milford on Sea as a great place to swim too!

This beautiful well appointed property is a gem of a find. So close to the High Street and all the amenities, but quiet and secluded. The furnishings are really high quality and all the little touches around hand wash etc make it feel luxurious. The walled Garden is a real sun trap. The beds are comfy and the shower and bath are great.

Seabiscuit is stylishly finished and generously equipped. The top floor bedroom is stunning. With a perfect little garden and a top position just off the high street, we would definitely return. Thank you for having us!

We’ve enjoyed a unique 5 nights here in Lymington, What a beautifully house and so thoughtfully equipped and decorated. Our favourite times have been wandering out to the salt marshes along the sea wall We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Kings Hotel, Another highlight was market day! Perfect place to stay for a shirt-term break. Ours was not normal season but all the same plenty to do. Property was very central and incredibly comfortable

Brand new home, nicely decorated, with everything you could ever need. Central location, so not quiet, but literally a few moments from all of the town.

3 generations here to celebrate a birthday. Couldn't of chosen a better property. Seabiscuit is a very warm and welcoming place to stay. Centrally located, with fabulous shops, pubs and restaurants nearby. Had a lovely meal in the Old Mill, which is only 10mins drive away. Got lucky with the weather. Enjoyed a walk along the path near the sea wall. Warm welcome from Grant on arrival. Thank you for the cake and wine. We look forward to returning.

We celebrated a 70th birthday and saw the New Year in in this beautiful home. We enjoyed some blustery walks along the coastal path and had a fantastic dinner at The Haven restaurant. We loved Seabiscuit so much - what a perfect place to stay. Thank you so much for having us. We hope to be back soon.

Had a fantastic stay at your beautiful and fantastically well appointment house. Perfect location for exploring Lymington. Tip - had a great walk with the dog from Bucklers Hard to Beaulieu and back! Thank you for the fizz and delicious cake.

The house was perfect. Very comfortable and fantastic location. Really lovely walk to Milford on Sea then the bus back. Would recommend the Kings Head, great food and lovely atmosphere. Disappointed with dinner service at Stanwells so wouldn't recommend. Lovely Lymington and we would really like to come back and stay in the summer.

A wonderful stay in Lymington. So lovely to be near the town. We visited Brockenhurst lots of cattle roaming around. A very brisk walk along the spit at Milford during storm Bert. Certainly cleared the cobwebs. The sea was amazing. Walked from Beaulieu to Bucklers Hard and finally some lovely Christmas shopping in town. We particularly liked the Kings Head and Stanwell House. Thank you so much for a very comfortable stay. We would certainly recommend.

Our first visit to the truly beautiful New Forest and hopefully not our last as we have rally fallen in love with this magical area. Seabiscuit has been a wonderful home from home. What a gorgeous house, spotlessly clean, comfortable and fantastic decor. I wish we could take this house home with us. Beaulieu, Bucklers Hard and Brockenhurst are our favourite places. We had a special treat dinner at Stanwells to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and our youngest daughters results. Loads of blackberries at Beaulieu amongst the horses.

We've had a wonderful holiday here. Such a lovely welcome when we arrived and a comfortable stay for our visit. The house is a great place to come back to after a day out exploring. Places we visited - Town Quay & Eat Pizza (very tasty!), Milford on Sea, New Forest Wildlife Park, Isle of Wight - The Needles & Tapnell Farm, Exbury Gardens & the Steam railaway via the open top bus. What a wonderful week we've had in this beautiful house/. Ot's so well equipped and comfortable and the location couldn't be better. Lots of lovely touches like cookies and wine on arrival and the discover New Forest welcome packs for the kids. We had a mixed week of weather but made the most of it when the sun was out with BBQ's in the pretty courtyard (10/10 for BBQ supply box) and lazy afternoon in the Ship Inn on the quay. We had a day trip to the IOW and would highly recommend The George. We spent a day at Beaulieu and dog walking to Keyhaven along the sea wall. A wonderful stay thank you.

A lovely few days break in this immaculately beautifully designed house right on the door step of the high street but secluded and peaceful. Kings Head at the bottom of the High Street was excellent and Bucklers Hard was our favourite trip. Thank you.

Every single design detail of Seabiscuit is just beautiful. The styling is like something out of a magazine, and the quality of the fabrics and materials throughout are all high-end and top notch. Waking up and glimpsing those Solent views from the master is the perfect way to start your day, and I love the way you can open up the bi-folds downstairs to let the outside in. How lovely to be able to wander for 30 seconds into the bustling Saturday market, to stock up and go treasure hunting!

As well as being impeccably styled throughout, this gorgeous townhouse is perfectly situated for exploring Lymington and all that the New Forest has to offer. You are just 20 steps from the middle of Lymington’s lovely High Street, 5 minutes from the train station to Brockenhurst, and 10 minutes to the Isle of Wight ferry- so you’ll never be stuck for things to do. Considering its central location, I was really surprised how tranquil and peaceful it was too!
