Come here for vitamin sea – there’s a wonderful mix of coastal cool & countryside charm! Enjoy a secluded end-of-track location; within wandering distance of everything…2 mins to Keyhaven & 10 minutes to the beach & buzzy village…

Little Nye is the annex to Nye Creek and the two can be combined for the ultimate celebration stay… get in touch with one of the team to find out more!

The Gun Inn Pub (is very good) takes a 2 minute stroll, and if you need a trip to Hurst Castle to blow the cobwebs away, take the boat trip and you’ll be there in 20 minutes. For proper sandy toes we suggest you head toward Milford on Sea beaches which are a 20 minute walk. Don’t miss wild swimming at Milford during the summer, the Keyhaven lagoon is amazing for kayaks or paddle board to Hurst. Crabbing and bird watching is nearby too. You can hire vintage-style ebikes in the village and whizz along the coastal path. Or just flop in the garden…. Yippee!

ParkingThere is one parking space outside of the property for guests use. To allow fair access to all parties, we kindly ask that guests adhere to the parking allocations as agreed below:

FOR ALL LITTLE NYE BOOKINGS (Annexe bookings only): Guests have 1 x allocated parking space. Please ensure that you park directly in front of the annexe to the right of the driveway; leaving enough space for Nye Creek guests to park 2 x cars directly outside of the main house.

FOR NYE CREEK BOOKINGS (Main house use only): Guests have 2 x allocated spaces. The assigned spaces are; one in front of the main house's front door, and one in the space directly next to it- in the middle of the driveway. Please ensure that you leave enough space in front of Little Nye (the adjoining annexe on the right) for annexe guests to park here.

FOR ALL JOINT NYE CREEK & LITTLE NYE BOOKINGS (Guests who have booked both the main house and the annexe): You have sole use of the 3 x allocated spaces in front of Nye Creek & Little Nye.

There is also a handy car park (you do need to pay to park here) just a minutes stroll away if you require further spaces.

Home truths

Please note that Little Nye is bookable with the main house, as well as on it's own.

Little Nye offers a self-contained space with a bed, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, outdoor seating area, and 1 x parking space (please refer to 'Parking' section' for details)... this bolthole is perfectly suited as an 'add on' for Nye Creek bookings, or for guests who are primarily looking to explore the incredible surrounding location.

As Little Nye is adjoined to Nye Creek, there may be some noise from both the house and the garden during your stay, but Little Nye does have its own entrance, and is sectioned off with screening from the garden.

Please be aware that the main house is built for larger groups and celebrations, so we recommend having a thorough look at our photos & speaking to our team upon booking if you have any questions.

Location, location, location...

At the end of your lane you'll find the lovely and boaty port of Keyhaven. Created in 1206, this quaint fishing hamlet is now a base for boat owners and bird watchers. It's a beautiful spot sit, people watch, and call home!

Wander past the crabbing bridge to breakfast at The Lighthouse for laidback meal (check their website for more info on live music events too), and pitch up for a paddle wherever takes your fancy for afters - there's miles of coastline to chose from!

Head to Milford village (just under a mile away) to shop, stock up on supplies, or supper out - it's a lovely, bustling place.

Back in Keyhaven, The Gun pub (one of our faves) has a great beer garden and delicious menu. From The Gun, you can also wander The Sea Wall to another favourite of ours, The Haven, in around 1.5 hours (just under 4 miles). This really is a must in our book as you'll get stunning, nature-filled views on your travels.

After a pit stop overlooking the Sunseekers, head past The Sea Water Baths (a must for those with younger guests in-tow) to Lymington's lovely Quay and High Street (a further 15 minutes walk).
