Perfectly formed for two guests (solo adventurers also very welcome!), we love how inside & outside are as-one at The Nest; with light filling the open-plan kitchen & living/dining areas + bi-folds that bring the great outdoors in…
Welcoming soft furnishings, natural finishing touches and a calming Farrow & Ball backdrop all help to echo your countryside location; and your Scandinavian owner has designed this ground floor annexe to really embrace life in the slow lane - adding lots of lovely little finishing touches to make sure you feel at home. Babes in arms + dogs welcome to join the fun.
Some nights you may be drawn to supper under the stars, whilst on others you may simply sink into the sofa with a good book… But, when you are ready to retire for the day, the bedroom 'burrow' of dreams is waiting! With its clever design & gorgeous, leafy aesthetic, what a spot to slumber… we’ll take our morning coffee here before hitting the shower please!

Only a one minute walk from Brockenhurst’s - very well connected - train station, this is the ideal escape to try out a car-free New Forest jolly…
Tucked behind the owner’s home & garden, your self-contained sanctuary can be accessed at the bottom of the main driveway, nestled amongst the ferns!
*If you are driving down, the guest parking spot is located at the end of the drive (to the right of the owner's home)
Thanks to nifty screening, we love that you’ll benefit from the wide skies & tall oak trees from the host’s surrounding garden, whilst feeling nice & private at the same time. The table & chairs at the front provide the perfect spot to sip & snack, but there are also a couple of chairs at the back (next to the *WW1 bunker!!) if you are chasing the sun.
Perfectly placed for ramblers & cyclists, you can access the open forest in a matter of minutes from the back gate here (there’s also a bike rack here… the owner’s thought of everything!)
**Please refer to our Home Truths sectionParking The driveway has room for 2 cars. Garden Garden dining table and chairs / Charcoal Weber BBQ / Bike stand. Home truths

Your allocated parking space is at the end of the driveway, just in front of the annexe's entrance. Please do only park here as otherwise you may block the owner in.
Bikes are not included, but can be hired from one of the fab local shops in Brockenhurst.
Please keep the garden gates closed at all time to keep the lovely New forest ponies & donkeys out and avoid damage to the property.
Please do not attempt to hunker down in the bunker... it would not be safe.
