What we love...

This brilliant location is ideal for activities and exploration. Lymington's gorgeous, buzzy Georgian High Street, with its boutiques, bars, cafes and galleries, is just a few minutes' stroll away.

The charming restored stained glass window on the landing, and views out over Lymington Quay from two of the bedrooms.

Watching the boats bob gently in the harbour, just a short stroll from your door.

Originally built in the 1860s, Quayside enjoys a sought-after ‘south of the high street’ location in the heart of Lymington. A small gated courtyard entrance welcomes you in from the street, and through the handsome, distinctive wooden door you’ll find a bright, airy, and wonderfully uncomplicated interior. A beautifully restored stained-glass window graces the landing, faithfully replicating the original.  Just moments from Lymington’s vibrant high street and the waterside bustle of the Quay, this is a house that puts you right in the middle of everything. Dogs are welcome too.

Quayside Style

A bright and airy traditional cottage, built in the 1860s, with crisp white interiors throughout that let the light and character of the house do the talking. Charming decorative fireplaces feature in rooms across the house, adding a touch of period character, while the wood burner in the lounge brings a cosy focal point on cooler evenings. Together, the clean, contemporary decor and original cottage charm create a home that feels both fresh and full of history.

Quayside sits right in the heart of it all, tucked south of Lymington's high street in one of the town's most sought after spots. Step out through the gated courtyard and you're moments from the boutiques and cafes of the high street, and just as close to the water's edge at Lymington Quay, where two of the bedrooms look out over boats bobbing gently in the harbour.
Wander over to the Quay for coffee with a view, browse the Saturday market that's been running since 1250, or set off along the Sea Wall path toward Keyhaven for one of the most beautiful coastal walks in the New Forest, with the Solent and the Isle of Wight on the horizon. Fancy a change of scene? Hop on the ferry and you'll be in Yarmouth in about half an hour.
With the train station just a short stroll away, and Coffee & Drift and The Ship Inn both moments from the door by the Quay, Quayside puts you properly in the middle of everything, coast, country and town, all within easy reach.

What a wonderful location - right by Lymington Quay and a 2 minute walk to the bottom of the high street. Highly recommend checking out the famous Saturday market and dinner at The Haven.
