Room 23

Barton on Sea

What we love...

Bold, statement decor throughout; this is a room with real personality, not your average holiday let.

Just a nine-minute walk from Barton on Sea's seafront, so a sea dip before breakfast is always on the cards.

Your own little courtyard garden, a lovely spot to unwind after a day by the coast.

Small but perfectly formed, Room 23 is a bright bolt hole annexe with bold, statement decor and a personality all its own. There’s a lovely little garden to call your own, and the sea is just a nine-minute walk away at Barton on Sea’s seafront.

There’s no kitchen here, and that’s rather the point. Let the local cafes do the work instead. Think breakfast on the beach, a sea dip before your coffee, and a wander to Pebble Beach or Cliff House, both a stroll from your door.

Room 23 Style

Room 23 is cute, quirky and completely its own thing, a large annexe room dressed with bold, playful decor, from a floral bedroom that doesn’t hold back to characterful touches throughout. It’s a proper bolt hole, small and self-contained, yet just moments from the buzz of Barton on Sea.

A lovely little bolthole right by the beach! A great base for exploring the New Forest - not far from Barton on Sea beach, around a 9 minute walk. Highly recommend The Cliff House! Great food and great views.
